Student Scholarships

The Executive Board of IASSAR solicits nominations of graduate students to receive Student Scholarships at the upcoming ICOSSAR 2021-2022, to be held during 13-17 September 2022 in Shanghai, China. Due to the persistent uncertainty regarding COVID-19, the conference will be held primarily in VIRTUAL format. The privilege of Student Scholarships is a scholarship 1,400 RMB.  The IASSAR Executive Board expects to award up to 20 Student Scholarships. 

Eligibility for a Student Scholarship is limited to current graduate student at his/her academic institution, and he/she should be the first author (or the second author behind his/her advisor) and the presenter of the registrated full-length paper. Postdoctoral fellows are not eligible for Student Scholarships.

The nomination for a Student Scholarship shall only consist of a nomination letter (limited to one page in length). No individual may nominate more than two students. The nomination letter should include the nomination reason, the information of the related full-length paper that has been registrated (the paper ID, the title, authors, and the nominated student). The letter of nomination should be submitted to the Organizing Committee at icossar2021@tongji.edu.cn by 5 PM September 12, 2022 (UTC+8).

Note: Self-nominations will not be considered.
